The Sales Incentive Admin is a responsible and detailed oriented individual tasked with supporting the sales incentive process. This position will be responsible for validating that individuals are tied to the correct Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), finalizing quota attainment, calculating payouts, creating and distributing reports, and payroll submission. The Sales Incentive Admin will be key in addressing any sales incentive questions and issues from the sales organization.
What will you do?
- Provide payout administration support and ensure timely and accurate execution of the sales incentive plans.
- Investigate and resolve sales incentive issues timely while being customer focused.
- Provide guidance and training to sales organization to assist with their understanding of the sales incentive plans, sales policies, reports, statements, and calculations.
- Assist in the implementation of Xactly payment system and Anaplan Territory System.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Drive improvements by identifying trends and proposing business solutions.
- Document and track issues to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.
What computer skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate): Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Preferred: Xactly, Anaplan, Alteryx, and Tableau

- This role will report to the Director of Sales Incentive Compensation
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Finance, project management, or Sales.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and sales organization is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales incentive principles, sales operations, or sales motion is preferred.
- Familiarity with Data Processing & Governance oversight.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation, writing, organization, and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive problem-solver, and ability to adapt rapidly.
- Capable of managing within critical timelines to achieve project goals while still being flexible.
