#### About the Job
As the **Regional Sales Manager** in Texas, you will play a critical role in identifying potential buyers for utility-scale photovoltaic projects. You will guide the sales process from initial contact through to delivery and final payments, collaborating closely with a national sales organization and interfacing with global manufacturing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a drive for advancing the renewable energy industry.
#### What You’ll Be Doing:
- **Develop Strategies:** Create and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- **Recruit Partners:** Identify, onboard, and cultivate new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and affiliates.
- **Build Relationships:** Establish strong partnerships with channel partners, offering support, training, and resources as needed.
- **Collaborate Internally:** Work with internal teams to develop marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs for partners.
- **Analyze Performance:** Monitor channel sales performance and provide updates and recommendations for improvement.
- **Act as a Liaison:** Serve as the primary contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Coordinate Lead Generation:** Ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion with channel partners.
- **Provide Feedback:** Share insights with internal teams on product updates and market demand based on partner feedback.
- **Stay Informed:** Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
#### Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, electrical engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, channel sales, partner management, or business development related to utility-scale solar, wind, or battery energy storage systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of grid-scale energy storage technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including some international travel.

The expected compensation range for this role is $130,000–$150,000 base plus sales incentives, with variations based on experience and market factors.
