What you will do
The PGIM Private Capital (Prudential) Power and Renewables team manages an approximately $10 billion dollar portfolio of private investments in debt and structured equity in power generation and power infrastructure. Candidates will participate in the management and origination of investment transactions in power generation assets such as wind, solar, hydroelectric, natural gas-fired power plants, transmission assets, as well as investments in power project developers, utilities, and cooperatives. The group has a geographic focus on North America, Latin America, UK/Europe and Australia, providing candidates a global perspective on power investing.

Day to Day Analyst Responsibilities
- Industry and company research
- Financial modeling and credit analysis
- Writing investment recommendations
- Communication with portfolio companies
- Transaction and due diligence support
- Portfolio and credit monitoring
- Preparation of marketing materials and special projects
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, with a strong record of academic achievement
- Excellent analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in investing
- Successful candidates must possess US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration. Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
What will set you apart
- 1-2 years business related experience preferred.
- Participation in the Chartered Financial Analysts ® (CFA) program a plus

Salary Range Disclosure
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
