We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an ESG and Sustainability Officer to support our Company in meeting its ESG and sustainability reporting obligations and develop its sustainability agenda.
You will be based in our Athens Office and act as an ambassador of a sustainability culture for the organization globally.

Role summary:
As an ESG and Sustainability Officer, you will be supporting the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG strategies within the organization. The primary objective is to support the company meet sustainability disclosure requirements, while support the alignment of business practices with sustainability principles and ensure positive social and environmental impact.

What you will need to do:
- Support the development of ESG and sustainability reporting process and ESG and sustainability disclosures according to international standards (ESRSs, ISSB, GRI, etc.).
- Support the development and implementation of Group’s sustainability and ESG strategy.
- Prepare Group participation in international/national ratings, initiatives and awards.
- Coordinate the monitoring and reporting of ESG and sustainability performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross - functional teams to support the development and execution of initiatives that align with the company’s vision and values.
- Engage with internal stakeholders both internally and externally, to communicate the organization's sustainability efforts and foster meaningful relationships.
- Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What you will need to have:
- BSc/ MSc degree in a relevant field
- One (1) - Two (2) years’ experience in sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD/ESRSs, ISSB, GRI, UN SDGs, SASB).
- Experience in TCFD, CDP, GHG protocol, EcoVadis is a plus.
- Understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks and industry best practices.
- Good understanding of both environmental and social issues (climate risks, energy transition, circular economy, human rights)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, collect, analyse, evaluate information and identify improvement areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (both in relation to technical and non-technical issues)
