Performance Rewards and Bonus Cycles
- Manage annual pay/promotion/bonus review, salary surveys, and benchmarking.
- Prepare relevant information, calculations, costs, templates, and analyses for performance reward and bonus cycles.
- Propose annual bonuses to employees and provide cost structures for approvals.
- Prepare and complete templates and documents for performance reward and bonus exercise.
Development of Reward Structures
- Utilize best practices to develop competitive and effective reward structures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market analysis for benchmarking.
Management of Incentives
- Provide guidance on executive reward and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders on performance-based incentive plans.
Full Reward Cycle and Analyses
- Manage the end-to-end reward cycle for all employment categories.
- Monitor salary structure and benefits for cost control and employee retention.
- Ensure accurate job evaluations and employee grades.
Compensation and Benefits Improvement
- Identify pay and benefits trends and provide recommendations.
- Manage compensation and benefit surveys and recommend changes based on benchmarking studies.
- Recommend enhancements to existing policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and monitor financial performance against the HC manpower budget.
- Report variances to HC management for corrective action.
Contribution to Reward Strategy
- Contribute to total reward projects and long-term incentives.
- Provide advice on pay decisions and policy interpretation.
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure smooth relationships with service providers.
- Manage key relationships/negotiations with stakeholders when required.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the improvement of systems, policies, and procedures.
- Complete relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Additional Information
Preferred Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in mid to senior roles rewards in large multi-national companies or an equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and reward management, with a focus on Korn Ferry methodologies and practices
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies that drive organizational performance.
- Job-Specific Skills: Communication, cross-functional management, multi-cultural experience, Middle East market knowledge, project management, data analysis, change management, compensation and benefits surveys, attention to detail.
