Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. To manage completed renewable assets that have been transferred to the asset management function by ways of managing the financial models, improving operations & financing conditions where applicable and identifying & mitigating the associated risks to ensure optimization of asset value and return to Masdar.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an asset
Preferred Experience:
- 6-8 years’ experience in financial analysis, operational enhancement projects, restructuring and value based management in a relevant sector
Job-Specific Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment
• Excellent understanding of value based management concepts
• Familiarity with commercial and risk concepts
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills • Strong knowledge of tools and systems used in asset management
• Good understanding of relevant rules and regulations
