Role Summary:
O & M Supervisor will be responsible for managing assets of the ARCO 256MW PV portfolio, coordinating all O & M activities, and reporting both to the client and internally about the overall operations and performance of the assets.Sounds exciting? Read on.
What you will need to do:
- Monitoring of the SCADA system for PV Station (InAccess) / HV Substation
- Supervision of subcontractors for delivering scope of O & M subcontract
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers by receiving offers and preparing the corresponding communication to the client
- Checking and approving invoices relating to O & M
- Monitoring the performance of the assets and acting where needed to ensure that maximum performance is achieved
- Managing the relationship with the client and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met
- Reporting on activities and KPIs
What you will need to have:
- University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years work experience with renewable projects
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Rigorous and structured in the execution of work
- Analytical abilities to collect, evaluate performance data and complete both internal and external reporting
- Fluency in English

- Experience with InAccess will be valued
