Job Description
Job Level: Engineer- Flow Modelling
Job Location: Gurugram (Corporate Office)
Job Nature: Site Travel (20% Time) + Office Job (80% Time)
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years wind industry experience in Wind Resource assessment
BE/B.Tech
Department-USP:
In the IPP segment ReNew WRA developed 15 GW plus future pipeline and owning largest number wind measurement stations.
Requisite Skills:
Hands on experience on different type of data logger.
Hands on experience on software’s used in WRA [WAsP, WindPro, Openwind, Windfarmer,Windographer, Global mapper, Auto Cad etc].
Sound knowledge of MS office.
Good presentation skill and analytical skill.
Role and Responsibilities:
Wind data analysis, raw data cleaning /synthesizing
Layout optimization, Energy Yield Estimation and Site suitability assessment
Evaluation of various sites on offer from developer/OEM
Time series energy capture for hybrid assessment
Co-ordination with execution team for Shifting approval during project execution and maintaining base case PLF
Furnishing details for 3rd party assessment
Furnishing details required to support internal stakeholder for different purpose
Maintaining records of all completed assessment in ISO format
Asset performance analysis
Vendor negotiation
