Position Summary
LRS is seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Application Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role is critical to the success of LRS as it directly impacts core operations. As a Fleet Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and overall administration of our Fleet Maintenance platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs, implement solutions, and ensure the optimal functioning of Salesforce to support our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Application setup & configuration:
- Configure and customize the fleet management software to meet the specific needs of LRS.
- Perform regular data updates, imports, and maintenance tasks.
- Handle on-going updates and configurations of Fleet Management Application.
- Oversee data integration processes, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of information between the fleet management system and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with the IT data team to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Maintain System, Security, and Integrity
- Stay updated on new features and updates released by the vendor (AMCS), evaluating their impact and implementing relevant changes as necessary.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses.
- Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles, and hierarchies.
User Management & Support:
- Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting training sessions to promote effective utilization of the platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users. This includes taking user feedback and processing feature requests, advocating for enhancements or modifications to the vendor.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and metrics within the Fleet Management System, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and action plans based on data-driven insights derived from the AMCS Fleet Maintenance system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience administering a SAAS application;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement
- Strong technical proficiency, including knowledge of cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.
