Carbon60’s Engineering team work expertly with technical and engineering permanent staff and professional contractors at every level of experience, specialising in production, design, test and development, installation, commissioning, operations, procurement, purchasing, maintenance, project, and programme management professionals, as well as sales and business development.
The engineering businesses we support manufacture, distribute or service a physical product. We view all our clients as working within the production lifecycle and our teams are arranged to reflect this.We pride ourselves on our quality of service, technical understanding and seek to partner with our clients to develop long standing relationships.
With more client wins within our Key Accounts/Managed Service Division we are looking to expand our delivery capabilities to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and stakeholders
- Experienced Delivery Consultants who have worked on high volume temporary & permanent accounts
- Attend Client meetings and provide regular progress reporting and Management Information as required
- Liaise with on-site contacts to understand and qualify hiring requirements
- Generate and effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Source and screen all applicants before sending through ensuring only the appropriate candidates are presented
- Arrange all interviews between the client and candidates, taking responsibility for obtaining feedback and relaying this to the candidate in an appropriate way
- Negotiate all starter offers and arrange related paperwork
- Ensure full compliance of all data entered onto the database
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with on-site contacts
- Resolve all contractor queries & ensure the maintenance of all contractor data
- Maintain all files and databases to ensure the effective support, tracking and management of the contractor workforce
- Proactively monitor and report on the performance of the on-site service against the client SLA
- Meet financial/placement targets
- Mentor new and more junior colleagues
