Recruitment Consultant Hybrid
Location: Segensworth, Hampshire
Salary: starting at £23,000 pa, negotiable based on experience + uncapped commission and benefits
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our very hot FM desk.
The role is focused on high volume delivery of placements, with no need for new business development and hundreds of cold calls per day, but if you wish to grow your own desk, then you’re in the right place!
You will be joining a team of very experienced Consultants that are keen to mentor you in the world of Sales or Account Management – just take your pick and we’ll work on your strengths.
Person Spec:
Ideally you will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with a good year of resourcing under your belt. You will be confident in sourcing and approaching candidates, screening and interviewing, maintaining contact with candidates and clients and you will ensure that all paperwork is fully compliant and up to date in our database.
We are also open to professionals in the Facilities Management world, Customer Service Advisors, Telesales Agents or anyone with a solid background in call centre environments looking to move into Recruitment.
