Hi new Technical Sales Engineer, welcome to Jedlix

To accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer. In this role, you will support our engineering efforts when engaging with our B2B customers. You will assist our sales and customer success managers for everything technical with our B2B customers. The ultimate goal is to grow our smart charging services to every electric vehicle driver in the world. Jedlix is working in a B2B2C model with partners (where the customer is the EV driver) as B2C via our own app that we use for prototyping and testing.
What are you going to work on?
- Support our commercial team when engaging with potential new customers. Provide technical expertise and help with engineering questions, and solution design when potentially implementing our platform, APIs and apps.
- Support our customer success team to serve existing customers on technical questions and requests. Answer technical questions, support with solution design for new features, debugging of existing issues etc.
- When doing the abovementioned activities work on the scalability of our platform and processes. Contribute to our developer portal, and create best practices and documentation to make sure we can scale your efforts across our customers and platform.
Requirements
- Technical background with at least 3 years of experience in engineering facing B2B customers. You need to be able to stand your ground in complex software environments.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French, German or Dutch is a plus
- Knowledge of e-mobility, energy or cleantech topics is highly preferred.
- A tremendous drive to work in challenging commercial whilst accelerating clean mobility
