Invio Automation’s Solutions division specializes in single station robotic cells, multi-station fabrication & assembly lines, bonding & welding technologies, vision systems, and packaging processes. The technical precision extends to specific applications crucial in medical device manufacturing, such as thermal bonding, web handling, force plotting, heat staking, high viscosity pumps, precision dispensing, impulse bag sealing, and needle bending. Program Managers play a crucial role in our organization, as they are responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our most complex projects for our key customers. They work closely with Sales and Estimating to ensure a smooth handoff to Operations and manage all aspects of the project from start to finish, including financial management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key leader responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer communications and meetings with external customers & Invio personnel.
- Lead handoff from Sales and Estimating teams to Project Engineers and Operations. Maintain involvement to ensure proper business direction.
- Define project scope, schedule, goals, and deliverables that support customer expectations.
- Establish/maintain all project timing, financial aspects, and key milestones within the ERP system.
- Manage the project team to complete appropriate tasks on schedule.
- Monitor and manage customer requirements, quality, cost, and timing elements of assigned projects.
- Manage customer POs, billing, and invoicing. Create project numbers for new projects.
- Must display exceptional oral and written communication skills with all customers and internal Invio employees.
- Work concurrently on one or more projects of moderately complex scope.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver progress reports.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and create contingency/recovery plans.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all activities and provide efficient service to customers.
- Schedule activities to complete assigned tasks and projects, communicate and document requisite information per established Invio Automation policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Other Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, P\Excel, Projects, PowerPoint)
- Experience with gathering requirements, business analysis, and documentation.
- Experience with coaching and team building.
- Ability to obtain project management professional certification(s).
A four-year degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management preferred. At least five years related experience in project management, planning, and financial tracking. At least two years of experience managing multiple projects and a minimum of 1 year of management experience.
