Drive Regional Procurement sourcing strategy and purchasing executions for Labor Commodity and Others from PM80 onwards for new units and for operation and maintenance activities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement labor and others’ procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Analyse market trends and forecasts to anticipate needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Commodity Management: Oversee the end-to-end commodity management, from sourcing to delivery. Ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement and provision of goods/service.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure optimal agreements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for related commodities. Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics and procurement professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics and procurement operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for labor and others’and procurement activities. Analyse performance data and implement improvements as needed.
- Technology Integration: Leverage technology to enhance logistics and procurement processes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics and procurement technology.
Education and Experience: bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, commodity management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commodity management and procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
