Ensures and improves the supplier quality in the assigned area of dedicated business (products and services). Implements SQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications and qualification of suppliers. Acts as SQM contact in cross-functional teams.
* Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization. Designs, maintains and improves specific Quality requirements, specifications and concepts based on supplier categorization. * Qualifies and approves suppliers, in cooperation with purchasing. * Coordinates product/service qualifications and approvals based on specific requirements/specification (Ready to order). Collaborates in the creation of technical specifications. * Creates and negotiates Quality Assurance agreements, and monitors implementation in supplier processes. * Plans and executes Supplier Audits including follow-up of audit measures. * Drives supplier performance and continuous improvement and collaborates in supplier development programs. * Implements complaints managements to detect and analyze non-conformances and communicates with supplier. Supports sustainable problem solving. * Supports standardized supplier qualification process according corporate guidelines (Ready for business).
Roles and responsibilities:
• New suppliers homologation
• Homologation of first samples according to the Supplier Quality Manual.
• Continuous evaluation of suppliers
• Supplier process assessment. Follow-up of the action plans
• Analysis of suppliers nonconformities
• Follow-up of nonconformities and 8D from suppliers.
• Responsible for supplier deviation request control
• Preventive and corrective actions in suppliers to prevent nonconformities.
Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Electric, electronic or mechanical or automation engineering
- 5years + relevant working experiences in international electronic or mechanical industry. Wind industry or automatic industry preferred.
- Good communication skills and team work spirit
- Work under pressure
Specific knowledge:
- ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018
- Manufacturing process assessment (IRCA/IRQ recommended)
- PPAP (=Production Part Approval Process), APQP (=Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- MSA (=Measurement System Analysis)
- Used to work with power electronics equipment, in general, and specifically, with metallic enclosures, welding and surface treatments, cables, electronic boards, transformers, inductors, etc.
- Use to work with international standards
- Office 365: excel, Power BI (advance)
- Statistical analysis
