For our training execution team within the Training Center in Budapest, we are looking for a self-driven Technical Trainer who is eager to play a part in the execution of technical training and, hence, the development of our technicians across the organization.
In Training Center Budapest, we deliver both safety and technical training for internal and external technicians and provides support to the training development department on a regular basis - you will take part in these activities.
How to contribute to our vision
As technical trainer you will be a part of dedicated team that is characterized by not compromising on safety, has high quality awareness and enjoys a good laugh.
You will be responsible for the delivery of our technical training portfolio, evaluating training material, recommending improvements, and staying knowledgeable about our wind turbines and technology.
You will be a part of training activities both locally and abroad, and an estimate of 20 travel days per year is to be expected.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
A trainer with strong communication skills that enjoys sharing knowledge and has a good understanding of different learning methods. Preferably, you have an electrical background and are ready to utilize your knowledge in training others. Teaching experience is highly desirable but not an imperative requirement. Most of all it is important that you are motivated by standing in front of people and taking the trainer role.
You are a good judge of character with a high tolerance towards other people. It comes naturally to you to navigate easily in a busy and dynamic environment where the situation can change from day to day. This calls for a structured approach to your work. You generally demonstrate a “why not” attitude, are self-driven, but also possess a great sense of team spirit.
As the trainings are held in either the local language or English it is important that you are fluent in minimum English orally as well as written.
Training methods are changing, and we are looking into a much more digital future. Online and virtual training will be a big part of that, and it is therefore important that you can see yourself conducting these types of courses and not only classic classroom training.
The technical training portfolio in Training Center Budapest expands continuously with new Siemens Gamesa platforms and other turbine brands. It is therefore an advantage if you have experience from the wind industry either offshore or onshore, where you worked in an onsite environment with a technical focus.
In case that you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated
In return of your commitment, we offer you…
Become a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come.
