What can you expect as a Graduate in VARD?
We are hiring Graduates in our different departments:
- Vard Design & Engineering is hiring engineering Graduates in the following disciplines: Machinery department, Structural Department, Electrical Department, Naval Architect & Accommodation, HVAC and Detail Design Coordination.
- Vard Electro is looking for talented Graduates to join our engineering teams within Software Development and Cyber Security and SeaQ portifolio; Power, Remote, Control, Bridge & Navigation, Communcation & Safety.
- Seaonics is seeking Graduates within our mechanical engineering department.
- Vard Design is looking for Graduates within Conceptual Design, Hydro & Stability and Research & Innovation.
As a Graduate in VARD you will take part of our Graduate Onboarding Program, an initiative across all VARD entities to welcome newly graduated employees. You will become a permanent employee in a VARD company from beginning.
The successful candidate should have
We are looking for high performing students that will graduate in 2025 in relevant areas. Examples: Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydro Dynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, ICT and Cyber Security.
- Maritime industry interest
- Flexible, systematic, structured
- Prefer a work environment with variety and high speed
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills and the ability to work well in teams
- Identify yourself with the VARD values Craftmanship, Salesmanship and Fellowship
- Good knowledge of English language, both oral and written
