Summary
This position is located in the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center in Stuttgart, AR. In this position, you will conduct research to improve the chemical, nutritional, and functional quality of U.S. rice.
Major Duties
Analyzes grain composition such as starch, protein, lipids, minerals, and bioactive compounds and determining how these components affect milling, cooking, and processing quality.
