Summary
This position is located within a National Forest. Performs various simple routine maintenance tasks to accomplish preventive maintenance, repair, upkeep of building and grounds. As a field going position working in brown or black bear habitat, this position is required to be firearm certified for personal and/or crew safety. Executive Order 12564 requires that employees designated to carry a firearm to be subject to random drug testing. This position will be subject to random drug testing.
Major Duties
Under close guidance and instruction, learns the fundamentals of simple routine mmeasuring and cutting materials to required lengths and dimensions.
