The Role

Remote (South Africa) | Supporting an International Company

Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 SAST | Full-Time

R18 000 per month + Commission

Step into a high-reward remote role delivering premium international solar solutions to Australian clients!

You will own the end-to-end remote consultative sales process, engaging directly with pre-qualified international leads to convert appointments into successful solar installations. Operating with high autonomy, you will balance consultative discovery, customer education, and deal closing while maintaining operational discipline across cloud systems.

What You'll Do

Consultative Sales & Closing: Conduct remote consultations with pre-qualified prospects, running full discovery and closing solar/battery deals.
Proposal & Quote Generation: Prepare, review, and follow up on accurate custom solar proposals using design and quoting software.
Pre-Qualified Lead Engagement: Engage directly with pre-vetted leads loaded into your calendar to maintain high conversion rates.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Track every call, prospect interaction, and deal stage accurately in GoHighLevel to keep pipeline data current.
Proactive Outreach: Utilize downtime for targeted follow-ups and business development to maximize closing opportunities.
Continuous Performance Coaching: Participate in team role-plays, pipeline reviews, and sales feedback sessions to continuously refine closing techniques.

What You Bring

Experience & Certifications: 3–5+ years of proven track record in technical sales, outbound sales, or remote deal-closing roles (high school diploma/Matric required).
Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel), Google Workspace, cloud calling software, and quoting software.
Background & Domain Expertise: Strong commercial awareness with prior experience or exposure in solar, electrical, or technical product sales preferred.
Technical Translation / Delivery: Ability to simplify complex technical systems into clear, consultative value propositions for customers.
Working Style: Highly disciplined self-starter with exceptional verbal communication skills and a focused, goal-driven mindset.
