Job OverviewWe are looking for Cleantech Quality Control Engineer to ensure that manufactured products meet the established standards of quality through development and implementation of Cleanroom standards.
Job Responsibilities- Develop strategy, policies and processes to ensure effective implementation of Cleanroom Standards throughout the organization
- Ensure that existing Cleanroom standards and rules are implemented in all production lines, periodically reviewed and evaluated to check effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive problem solving and root cause analysis activities with concerning divisions to eliminate recurrence of dust-related issues
- Evaluate and analyze production data and laboratory test results to determine opportunities for dust quality improvements
- Collaborate with Yield Improvement Engineer to validate viability and effectiveness of proposed process improvements
- Verify and ensure that all process improvements are implemented to all production lines (Suheitenkai)
- Facilitate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to determine impact of potential failure modes and identify action items to alleviate potential risks
- Support Production Team in the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers for sub-materials such as gloves, face masks, etc.
Job Qualifications- A graduate of any Engineering course
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a high volume manufacturing company
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts such as Process Mapping, Kaizen and 5S Concept
- Knowledge of various quality system methodologies such 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, etc.
- Knowledgeable with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other Quality Management System
- Proficiency in a computerized database or document system as well as Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel
