Role Overview
Title: Field Coordinator
Hours: Full Time, Hourly
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Benefits Eligible: Health, PTO
Manager: Field Operations Manager
Outcomes
The Field Coordinator would be responsible for the following:
- Field Operations Leadership
- Lead data collection in the field for methods across multiple teams.
- Main point of contact for logistics, equipment needs, and safety in the field.
- Main point of contact for internal communication and partnership projects in the field
- Ensure proper implementation of methodologies.
- QA/QC method designs for feasibility and accessibility.
- Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and results.
Technical Execution
- Support Summary of Work and reporting for deployments regularly.
- Ensure accurate documentation of field activities and data.
- Team Management & Development
- Mentor and train personnel on assigned methods.
- Recommend personnel for development.
Equipment & Logistics Oversight
- Provide and coordinate maintenance for in-house equipment.
- Make recommendations for purchasing and improvements.
- Organize equipment within warehouse areas.
- Safety & Compliance
- Collect regular feedback on Operations and implement improvements that improve
safety and efficiency.
- Actively participate in improving safety program and culture.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Ensure all team members are operating safely in demanding environments
