What You’ll Do:
🟣 Perform ALTA/ACSM land title, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys
🟣 Conduct construction stakeout and utility line route surveys
🟣 Operate Topcon GPS equipment and total stations in the field
🟣 Prepare survey deliverables using Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D
🟣 Work as part of a team, with occasional overtime and local travel as projects require
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
✅ SIT required; PLS preferred, with PA and/or OH licensure (or ability to obtain it)
✅ Working knowledge of Topcon GPS and total stations
✅ Experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-Built, Utility Route, Topographic, and Boundary Surveys
✅ Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D
