What you'll be doing...
The role will support the sustainability framework by providing reporting for the business. This will include carbon footprint reporting and tracking of internal initiatives across 25 centres in alignment with our Net Zero Roadmap.
The successful candidate will also be required to develop and deliver internal annual reporting against all sustainability commitments and aligned with investor ESG reporting. Community and social value reporting experience will also be beneficial to help develop the appropriate metrics/KPI’s etc. In addition, our reporting ambitions include CDP and exploration of TCFD. Knowledge of GRESB would also be a significant advantage.
Expertise in all technical aspects related to this and management of internal environmental management and compliance software. In addition, you would be expected to demonstrate innovate and forward-thinking providing support and recommendations.

To be successful you’ll bring...
• Significant experience in carbon footprint accounting and knowledge of greenhouse gas reporting and standards e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14064
• Experience of CDP/GRESB reporting
• Experience of Social Value reporting
• Experience in audit/verifications of corporate carbon footprints using a variety of standards, including ideally ISO 14064-3
• Strong mathematical and analytical background
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track-record of success
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and excellent IT skills
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Demonstrable work experience within corporate sustainability and environmental management services.
