We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead daily operations, optimise schedules, enforce quality, and drive efficiency across our manufacturing areas.
Key Focus
-
Oversee production, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance

Lead and develop supervisors & operators, fostering a safety-first culture

Drive cost control, waste reduction, and yield optimisation

Champion Lean & Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Analyse KPIs and implement corrective actions to hit targets
Requirements
-
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

5+ years in production management (manufacturing/industrial)
-
Continuous manufacturing experience advantageous

Proven leadership in managing teams and assets
-
Flexible for 24/7 operations (shifts, weekends, on-call)
