Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns to meet corporate objectives.
- Working with cross-functional teams to create go-to market plans for marketing campaigns and social media programs
- Oversee day to day marketing activities with internal stakeholders and external agencies, customers and vendors
- Work with Product, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure that all marketing materials are technically accurate, legally compliant and meet the needs of our commercial sales organization
- Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaign performance and collaborate effectively with the team to provide campaign performance reports
- Develop marketing collateral that clearly articulates product features and benefits, including promotional and web content, case studies, sales enablement material
- Cultivates tracks, analyzes and communicates key metrics, including partner-driven revenues and overall market indicators
- Assists in the develops and delivery of training materials for internal customer service, technical service, internal and external sales organizations
- Manage and maintain budgets within +/-5% of annual plan

- Approve PR up to their specific level of the PR process
- Hire and termination recommendation ability
- Set schedules/shifts for their teams
- Define roles & responsibilities for their teams
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing strategy and implementation for a customer facing technology company
- Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Experience managing agencies and omni-channel initiatives
- Outbound B2C product marketing
- Affiliate and partnership program management
- Market analysis and segmentation
- Content creation and brand management
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Ability to self-manage, learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization.

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be approximately $100-120k. OTE includes base, bonus, and equity. Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
