You will lock arms with our Sr. Business Development Manager to build your own portfolio of customers, allowing you to have success and financial independence.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering and Renewable industries
Learn and improve sales and recruiting tactics to help identify quality candidates for immediate or future employment
Master marketing techniques and client engagement processes
Learn to negotiate salary rates and other conditions of employment
Qualifications
1-10+ years of Business Development/Sales experience within the staffing and/or workforce solutions
Excellent communication skills (both orally and written), including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities within an organization
Self-Motivated and self-accountable, with high degree of customer service capabilities
High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
