MASE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Solar Cleaning Solutions Lead to spearhead the development and growth of our new Solar Cleaning Solutions service vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the division, managing a dedicated team, and driving the achievement of its goals and targets. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong technical expertise, strategic acumen, and a passion for developing and deploying technology-driven solutions and products.
- Assume full ownership and responsibility of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of solar cleaning solutions offered and contracted by MASE.
- Design and implement specialized solar cleaning solutions and services.
- Manage, supervise, and lead solar solutions and services teams, and nominated subcontractors in tasks covering your designated scope.
- Manage all aspects of technical interface with clients, stakeholders and all related parties covering your designated scope.
- Support in the development, sales, and technical discussions of MASE's Solar Cleaning Solutions offering.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
Division Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Solar Cleaning Solutions division, ensuring alignment with MASE's overall strategic objectives.
- Set clear goals, targets, and KPIs for the division, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Resource Management:
- Allocate, manage, and deploy resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency and project success.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of team members, ensuring the division is staffed with highly skilled professionals.
Technology & Solutions:
- Identify and evaluate the latest solar cleaning technologies and solutions to ensure MASE remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with technology providers, suppliers, and industry experts to integrate cutting-edge solutions into the division's service offerings.
Business Development:
- Generate leads, develop relationships, and secure contracts with third-party clients for the Solar Cleaning Solutions division.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the division's client base and service offerings.
- Work closely with MASE's Growth & Strategy Team to promote the division's services and drive revenue growth.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
- Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and report on the division's performance, including financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of solar cleaning services.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Solar Cleaning Solutions division.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the solar PV industry, with a focus on operations, maintenance, or solar cleaning solutions.
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams, with experience in setting and achieving business goals and targets.
- Strong background in business development, including generating leads, securing contracts, and managing client relationships.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems and solar cleaning technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and implement advanced solar cleaning solutions.
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Leadership & Communication:
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
