Job Description:
Currently we are looking for a vice president who would join Alantra´s Solar investment team. The professional will be fully involved in the day-to-day operations of the fund including:
- Supervising the analysts-team in supporting the equity and debt-raising activities.
- Lead the different execution stages: structuring, Due Diligence coordination, clients’ negotiation, review of legal documentation.
- Experience in leading the execution team, preparing investment memos and presenting investments to the investment committee. Boards etc...
Requirements:
- BBA in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar. MBA is valuable.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in credit funds, private equity, hedge funds, debt advisory or M&A.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) and ideally a third language (preferably German, French, Italian or Portuguese).
- International experience in other country is highly valuable.
- Strong interest in the financing and debt markets.
- Strong academic background and financial knowledge (including accounting, financial statement analysis and valuation).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute with your own ideas.
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
- Capable of working under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Committed, driven and with capacity to show initiative.
