We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Asia Pacific Offshore Service team as Operations Coordination Manager, where you will take a leading role in delivering critical services to our APAC operations projects. You will be based in Taipei, Taiwan and will spend significant time working with our operational teams, supporting the coordination and delivery of our wind farm services across the projects in the APAC region.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting all short-term site planning activities for all wind farms within an Operational Hub to ensure all daily coordination activities are accurately and timely completed, as well as providing general administrative & local IT services to each wind farm and generally to the Operational Hub.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Leading a team of coordinators and administrators to effectively support the operations delivery across windfarms in the operational area.
- Driving standardisation and optimisation of processes to ensure consistent delivery of coordination services.
- Supporting the regional Head of Service Operations and Operations Managers effectively deliver short term planning and decisions on resource deployment within the region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key support functions such as Resource Management, Central Planning, Procurement and Commercial.
- Responsibility for coordination of technician training and competence
- Ownership of purchase orders, procurement, material management, and invoice management on behalf of the Offshore region.
- Maintain and develop good working relationships with customer organisations
- Work with and ensure alignment with the other Operations Coordination functions across global Offshore Service
- Assist in the production and publication of accurate site reports for both internal and external customers
What You Need to Make a Difference:
- Proven experience within an Operational role, preferably operational experience in the offshore wind business or in another relevant field
- Track record of building and sustaining motivated and committed teams.
- Knowledge and experience in planning tools and principles.
- Detailed understanding of standard safety, financial and operational performance metrics and how to influence them.
- Passion for operations and safety and the ability to systematically manage a diverse portfolio of topics and teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel to various locations in order to support projects within the Region (30-40%).
- Fluent in the English language.
