Responsibilities
The Special Projects Coordinator manages the document streams for Offshore documentation internally as well as externally and manages the filing solutions in the relevant internal project document management systems.
Furthermore, the Special Projects Coordinator administers the set up in SAP for Campaigns.
The Special Projects Coordinator is responsible for the communication between CIM, MCE and Blade teams and Service site, both during the implementation of the individual tasks, but also Tracking and following up on completed tasks.
Qualifications
- Relevant education (e.g. PA or coordinator roles from previous work expriances )
- Product understanding and awareness
- Contractual understanding
- Experience with project management orginazations
- Experience with SAP is a bonus
- At least 2 years' experience in similar position
- Experience with Document Management Systems
- Experience with SharePoint
