U.S. Energy Solutions has immediate openings forExperienced Residential Solar Installerswith a minimum of 1 year of Residential SOLAR installation experience.
Installers are expected:
- to be able to interpret and execute a system design/layout, which will include mounting rails, mounting solar panels, module wiring interconnections, and setting up the array to have the electrical team take over.
- to communicate effectively with customers, the field supervisor, and the sales team.
- be responsible for driving USES owned vehicles, organizing and keeping clean all work environments, and follow proper safety and organizational protocols.
- Comfortable working at high elevations, with a ladder and on sloped roofs.
