II.Context
Main Objectives:
The Renewable Energy Project aims to empower individuals with the necessary skills and expertise to excel as Practical Solar Energy Installation Technicians. Focused on addressing the increasing demand for renewable energy solutions, particularly in the field of solar energy, the project endeavors to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application through comprehensive training programs.
Through The Renewable Energy Project, we aspire to cultivate a new generation of skilled technicians proficient in installing solar systems in Damascus & Rural Damascus Governorate.
III. Objectives of the Assignment
Under the overall direction of the Southern Area Technical Officer/Area Manager and the direct supervision of the Renewable Energy Project Manager. The role involves collaborating within a team to install solar energy systems in various social buildings across Damascus & Rural Damascus. Noting that training will be provided to explain the specifics of systems design and the implementation modality.

Responsibilities:
-Support the installation of solar kits for social buildings in Damascus & Rural Damascus Governorates.
-Actively participate in theoretical and practical training sessions with diverse groups, including youth and community members.
-Demonstrate proper use of tools, equipment, and safety measures during solar energy installations.
-Ensure that all installations meet industry standards for quality and safety. Conduct regular checks and inspections to verify the integrity of the solar systems.
-Work closely with other team members to coordinate installations, share insights, and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
-Maintain detailed records of all installations, including system specifications, maintenance schedules, and any issues encountered during installation.

VII. Recruitment Qualifications
Education: -Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any related field
Experience: -1 year of practical relevant experience.
Proven experience in solar energy system installation, and maintenance.
Language Requirements: -Excellent command of Arabic.
