Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
About the job and your team
• The Tech lead is responsible to drive the BAU operation in the team from technical aspect, introducing and aware of the new services.
• The Tech lead also to support the Team Leads in technical decisions, other team members within the team and get engaged in more complex operational issues and also focus to network as a service
Main responsibility is the Network Security area within the team:
• Firewall (Palo alto)
• Zscaler platforms (Cloud firewall, ZPA)
• Cloud operation (Azure, AWS) based on Aviatrix
The network team of Hydro is also responsible to manage:
• SDWAN solution (Cisco)
• LAN and WLAN (Cisco)
• DDI (Infoblox)
You will work on
- Act as the “go to” person within a department or function for questions and problems within his/her area of expertise
- Obtain or provide approval for changes, processes and policies.
- Handling daily mid and high level escalations
- Support the team members in their daily technical questions
- Participate in internal network & security projects
- Operation of corporate network areas managed by the team
- Incident, Service Request and change management (3rd level support)
- Problem and compliance issues
- Vendor management
- Provide recommendations for procedural improvements.

Your qualifications and skills
- 8+ years of experience in firewall operation
- Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree
- Overview of all the areas supported by the team
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Assertive conflict handling
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Service mindset
- Project coordination skills
- Attention on details
- Decision making on Operational, Tactical and Strategical level
