Job Description
The number 1 priority in your role is to deliver the greatest output on the given task that you allocated to perform as part of the Production team to ensure we are hitting our daily targets for production.
Key responsibilities:
You will be trained and assigned a wide range of activities in production including but not limited to unit assembly production, PCB Building, LED attachment, RCD Testing, Quality Control, Packing prep and packing.
Work diligently and accurately to ensure there are as few mistakes as possible when carrying out your tasks.
Follow all processes for inventory usage and support in the monthly stock take process.
Work collaboratively and supportively with other departments in the factory to ensure that the overall business unit is a productive and happy place to work.
Ensure that all deviations from standards, quality issues and potential problems are reported to Production Team Lead or Supervisor.
You will be responsible for making sure that your work area and the general factory is a clean, tidy and safe space to work in.
Making sure that all data is stored correctly and processed efficiently on our software systems relating to your specific role.
