About the role
Located at the Port of Brisbane office as part of our corporate services payments team, the Administration Officer will be responsible for ensuring that vendors’ invoices relate to purchase orders, reflect the agreed price and correct delivered quantities, prior to approving them for payment.
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Previous accounts payable experience is preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across different functions in the business
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to a high work standard and work ethic.
- Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
