Overview
Quorum Software is hiring a Project Manager for DaWinci in Australia.
As a Project Manager in our team, you will be responsible for running projects with some of the largest and most innovative energy companies in the world, all with a target of making their logistics easy with the DaWinci solution and corresponding services.
DaWinci is a Logistics Management application that changes perspectives on logistics in the global energy industry by integrating the end-to-end logistics supply chains for Personnel and Cargo in a tool built to facilitate safe, efficient, and collaborative logistics. As part of the DaWinci-team you will be part of a global team of experts both with respect to technology and the business we support, and most importantly; you will have the chance to be yourself in a social and passionate environment!

Responsibilities
- Manage software implementation projects towards customers
- Manage project deliverables, quality, cost, resources, risk and opportunity through the project lifecycle.
- Secure good communications and alignments both internally and externally.
- Manage several projects at the same time
- High work capacity and ability to complete projects on time.
- Make sure projects align with company strategy.
- Manage change management towards customers, stakeholder management, and project negotiations.
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Passionate about Project Management and Continuous Improvement
- Ability and experience with working with other cultures
- Structured
- Ability to prioritise and consider the bigger picture
- Decision making personality and good to communicate them internally and externally
- Leadership and team-work abilities
- Good commercial and contractual understanding
- Interest in software and technology
Preferred Skills
- Preferred with certifications such as Prince2 and/or Agile, and proficient and experience with general project management tools such as gantt diagrams, task & milestone management, time tracking in projects, and reporting to team/customer/management.
- Experience from Agile / Hybrid project management will be considered an advantage
- Experience from Software Project Management will be considered an advantage
