Introduction

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing commercial solar team.

This is not a role for someone who waits for leads to land in their inbox. We are looking for a hunter — someone who actively identifies opportunities, opens doors, builds relationships and consistently converts prospects into profitable business

Duties & Responsibilities

Prospecting and developing new commercial and industrial solar opportunities.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Identifying decision-makers and opening new accounts.
Conducting client meetings, needs analyses and solution presentations.
Developing tailored solar solutions in partnership with our technical team.
Managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing.
Negotiating commercial terms and securing profitable deals.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular pipeline forecasts.
Building long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

A successful track record in B2B sales, ideally within commercial solar, renewable energy, electrical, energy or a related technical industry.
A genuine hunter mentality and strong new-business development skills.
Demonstrable evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent prospecting, networking and cold-outreach abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
The confidence to engage with business owners, executives, finance teams and technical decision-makers.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
A disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up.
The resilience and persistence required to operate in a competitive sales environment.
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
