Responsibilities• To lead introduction of a continuous improvement process across all departments
• To develop and implement a quality manual and quality auditing program.
• To lead and coordinate all quality & service-related program outlined as per OMDA
• Implement Internal Audit programs to assess compliance to NMIAL directives, policies, procedures and other applicable laws.
• To lead and pursue ISO 9001 certification and maintenance thereof
• To lead and pursue other ISO or systems related initiatives (e.g., ISO 14,000, OHSAS 18,000) in the organization in line with company policy
• To liaise with external agencies aimed at quality-of-service improvement at Airport
• Strategically calculate and plan a risk management process to systematically evaluate, assess, review, and mitigate risk
• Define clear responsibilities for the Identification, Evaluation, Estimation, Mitigation strategies, and Monitoring of risks
• Provide direction and management for the safety, safety inspections, hazard mitigation safety training and compliance to DGCA guidelines and regulations
• Plan the implementation of policy and procedural changes to ensure the compliance with ICAO guidelines and DGCA rules and regulations
• To monitor compliance by all departments of Airport Operations Group to all applicable laws, NMIAL directives and regulatory requirements
• Incident / accident reviews and trend analysis thereof
QualificationsEducation :
- A Graduate in any discipline preferably a Postgraduate degree in Aviation/Business Management from an institute/University recognized by UGC/AICTE
Experience :
- Total experience required : 20 plus with 15 years plus relevant experience
