Key Responsibilities:
· Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
· Manage user access, authorizations, and security settings within the SAP environment.
· Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
· Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches in accordance with best practices.
· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to schedule and communicate maintenance activities.
· Conduct regular performance tuning activities to optimize SAP system performance and responsiveness.
· Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance overall system efficiency.
· Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.
· Develop and document disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide SAP support as needed.
· Collaborate with SAP consultant and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
· SAP S4/HANA with RISE Public Cloud is mandatory.
· Proven experience as an SAP Administrator with a focus on SAP Public Cloud, S4/Hana
· Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and patch management.
· Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills.
