Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 3-4 recruiters in the talent acquisition department.This will include self-sourcing targets as well for some Mid-level/Sr level roles. Spearhead hiring initiatives with a focus on speed and quality.Spearhead bulk hiring initiatives with a focus on speed and quality.Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill positions promptly and efficiently.Manage leadership hiring processes and work closely with promoters to identify and attract top executive talent.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in meeting hiring goals.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring efficiency.Maintain a strong employer brand presence through effective communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 8-10 years in talent acquisition, preferably in the EV charging/Electronics or related industries.Experience in managing a new team setup and driving recruitment efforts.Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.Demonstrated success in hiring for technical roles within the electronics industry.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to achieving hiring goals.Experience in leadership hiring and collaborating with promoters to fulfill executive-level positionsMust be data driven and numbers oriented.
