Prefer recent graduate of a trade or technical school focused on wind energy, composites, or a related field; or military background
Must not be afraid of heights
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
IT literate (email, internet, iPad)
Willing to spend extensive time traveling in the field at jobsites across North America
Ability to drive or travel up to 11 hours per day when required.
Flexibility for changes of scope
Ability to work well as a team and take guidance
Valid, current driver's license
Must be 21 years of age to be able to drive a company vehicle
Must have a satisfactory criminal record, MVR and pre-employment drug screen
Must be able to meet the strenuous physical requirements of climbing ladders 2 or more times per day up to 400 feet, bend, crawl, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 75 pounds (will be required to complete a fit-for-duty physical exam)
Ability to wear a respirator and work safely with protective equipment
Good vision (with corrective lenses if necessary) to perform detailed inspections, read instructions, and safely operate equipment.
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions (from extreme heat to extreme cold)
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
