Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do:
š£ Lead plant maintenance and facilities management, partnering with operational leadership to achieve business objectives
š£ Develop and manage asset maintenance plans, including preventative and predictive methodologies based on root cause analysis and OEM recommendations
š£ Own department KPIs and operational metrics, driving corrective action plans for any variances
š£ Implement and maintain TPM programs, proposing and leading projects that reduce cost and improve performance
š£ Manage maintenance staff ā performance management, skills gap assessments, and individual development plans
Must-Have Qualifications:
ā
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in a maintenance leadership or engineering role
ā
Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting background in an industrial environment
ā
Experience developing and implementing TPM systems, with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
ā
Proficiency with Maintenance ERP systems (SAP)
ā
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; technical leadership experience required
