What You'll Do:
🟣 Lead complex Lean and Six Sigma problem-solving initiatives to improve performance and eliminate waste across one or multiple plants
🟣 Build Operational Excellence capability through coaching, training, and hands-on application of Lean principles (5S, VSM, Hoshin, scrap/WIP reduction)
🟣 Translate business objectives into actionable improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional opportunities
🟣 Lead Gemba activities — Muda hunting, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions
🟣 Drive measurable results in productivity, quality, lead time, and inventory while building autonomous CI capability within teams
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 8+ years of Production/Manufacturing, Mechanical/Process/Industrial Engineering experience
✅ Experience managing Lean workshops across multiple or large sites
✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills
✅ Hands-on experience with 5S, Standard Work, SMED, TPM, VSM, and Pull Flow/Kanban
✅ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ) a plus
