TT Electronics, Abercynon, is hiring for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to join the Site Management Team, responsible for leading the development of a safe, sustainable, compliant and continuously improving operation.

Working closely with the site General Manager and wider leadership team, you'll set the strategic direction for Health, Safety and Environmental performance while translating that strategy into practical improvements on the shop floor.
Leading the continual evolution of the site's Health, Safety and Environmental culture, you'll
- Play a key role in embedding 5S and SPDQCE (Safety, People, Delivery, Quality, Cost and Environment) into everyday operations through visible leadership, coaching, data-driven decision making and employee engagement.
- Use structured problem-solving techniques to identify and eliminate root causes rather than repeatedly addressing symptoms.
- Champion environmental sustainability initiatives that improve performance while supporting long-term business goals.
- Develop leaders across the site to take ownership of HSE standards and create accountability at every level.
- Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems while identifying opportunities to introduce further standards and best practice frameworks that add value to the business.
Success in this role means creating an environment where HSE and sustainability are owned by the whole organisation.
You'll challenge the site to move beyond minimum compliance towards consistently high operational standards, helping leaders and employees understand not only what the standard is, but why it matters and how it should be sustained.
You'll combine strong technical HSE knowledge with the leadership, credibility and influencing skills required to turn those conversations into lasting change.
