Toolpusher
The Toolpusher is responsible for managing drilling projects in accordance with contracts, project plans, and company procedures. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage crews, ensure efficient operations, and maintain strict safety standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years experience as a Toolpusher is highly desirable.
- Experience with Drillmec rigs and/or Bentec Euro Rig drilling rigs is strongly preferred.
- Valid IWCF Well Control Level 3 certification or higher is required.
- Proven leadership and personnel management experience.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Forklift certification for forklifts of 10 tonnes or greater is an advantage.

Driller
The Driller plays a key role in the daily operation of the rig and is responsible for executing drilling activities in accordance with project plans, operational procedures, and safety requirements. The role includes shift supervision, crew leadership, and ensuring drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of geothermal drilling experience as a Driller.
- Experience with Drillmec rigs and/or Bentec Euro Rig 350 is highly desirable.
- Valid IWCF Well Control Level 3 certification or higher is required.
- Previous shift or crew supervision experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor personnel.
- Forklift certification for forklifts of 10 tonnes or greater is an advantage.
- Excellent English proficiency.

Assistant Driller
The Assistant Driller works closely with the Driller and participates in daily drilling operations, equipment setup, operational monitoring, and general rig-site activities. The role requires initiative, teamwork, and a strong focus on safety.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience as an Assistant Driller is highly desirable.
- Experience with Drillmec or Bentec rigs is strongly preferred.
- IWCF Well Control Level 1 or Level 2 certification is required.
- Previous experience as a Derrickman is an advantage.
- Good experience using electrical and pneumatic hand tools.
- Forklift certification for forklifts of 10 tonnes or greater is an advantage.
- Excellent English proficiency.

Derrickman
The Derrickman plays an important role in the daily operation of the drilling rig and works closely with the Driller and Assistant Driller. Responsibilities include handling drill pipe and equipment, monitoring and maintaining drilling fluids, and participating in the daily maintenance and operation of the rig. The role requires strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in demanding conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience with Drillmec and/or Bentec drilling rigs is an advantage.
- Experience as a Derrickman or equivalent drilling operations experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Forklift certification for forklifts of 10 tonnes or greater is required.
- Excellent English proficiency.

Roughneck (General Drilling Operations)
We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our drilling crews in general drilling operations. This position is ideal for those interested in working in a demanding and exciting environment where safety, teamwork, and professionalism are key priorities.
Qualifications
- Previous drilling operations experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification for forklifts of 10 tonnes or greater is required.
- Commercial driver's licence is an advantage.
- Excellent English proficiency.
This position involves shift work only. Each shift is 12 hours, and work is either on day or night shifts. When working abroad, longer assignments are involved.
