Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35.00hr - $42.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience with BPE Machine Seibi.
- Proficiency in Online and Offline Robot and PLC programming.
- Experience with equipment installation and confirmation of body weld standards on new installs and model changes.
- Experience with confirmation of safety devices and equipment production activity in a body weld shop.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems.
- Ability to learn and understand BPE standards to set up equipment.
- Ability to train maintenance teams on new equipment and assist with production through Start of Production (SOP).
- Willingness to travel to various plant locations across North America, including sites in Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, and Canada.
- Willingness to support project workloads at additional manufacturing locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Online and Offline Robot and PLC programming.
- Manage equipment installation and ensure adherence to body weld standards for new installs and model changes.
- Confirm the functionality of all safety devices and equipment production activity within the body weld shop.
- Travel to various manufacturing facilities across North America to support equipment setup and project workloads.
- Set up equipment according to BPE standards.
- Train maintenance personnel on new equipment operations.
- Assist with production activities through the Start of Production (SOP) phase.
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems.
