What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the development of new ingredient and food product concepts.
- Conducting trials, product evaluations and benchmarking activities.
- Assisting with recipe formulation and optimisation.
- Working closely with technical, commercial and manufacturing teams.
- Analysing trial data and producing clear reports and recommendations.
- Keeping up to date with food trends, innovation and emerging ingredients.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or a related discipline.
- NPD experience gained through a placement year or commercial role.
- Passion for food innovation and product development.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, inquisitive and eager to learn.
- Full right to work in the UK.
