Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation projects with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing meeting minutes, monitoring action items, and coordinating stakeholder follow-ups.
- Participate in site visits to collect project data, document observations, and track project progress.
- Compile, analyze, and maintain project records, datasets, and documentation to support project reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare project updates, technical reports, presentations, and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project proposals, technical submissions, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables, requirements, and timelines are achieved.
- Support the communication of project outcomes, key learnings, and innovation initiatives to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Energy Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and working in outdoor environments when required.
- Familiar with workplace safety practices and requirements during site activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
