We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Renewable Civil, ground-mounted Solar & BESS Labourer to join our team in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales. This temporary, casual role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the building and construction industry, particularly in renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the installation and maintenance of solar and battery energy storage systems, contributing to sustainable energy solutions in the region. Based in or around the Northern Rivers Area (Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Kempsey).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar racking panels and battery energy storage systems foundations and conduits.
- Support civil works related to renewable energy projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in renewable energy technologies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience or internship in construction or renewable energy is preferred.
- Basic understanding of solar and battery energy systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a physically demanding environment.
